The ABSOLUTE BEST truffle risotto I’ve ever eaten, and I MADE IT!!! Thank you, Truffle Shuffle for being so awesome and offering such amazing products.  They were right when they called it "next-level."  Their black truffle carpaccio is out of this world and combined with their Balinese truffle salt, drop the mic.  This dish is mouth-watering, sheer perfection, and definitely worth all the stirring.  If you like risotto, you want to make this.  My entire first floor smelled like heaven.  I hope it still does when I wake up tomorrow.  I’ll be dreaming about this dish tonight.  I wish I could have eaten the entire portion, but I had to share it with Kurt.  He did give me a little of his carpaccio, though.  That’s love.
