Meal kit delivery services are a great stress free dinner option.  We’ve used them on and off for years, and there’s a boatload of companies from which to choose.  Tonight we made this dish from Purple Carrot.  

What do I like about meal kit services, and why do I say they’re stress-free? ⁣ ⁣They’re easy to use.  You order them straight from your phone, and they save you a trip to the food store.  They’re delivered to your doorstep.  No lugging heavy groceries.  They send you a gorgeous step-by-step color recipe that anyone can follow.  And the fun part is everything you need is in one bag, pre-measured, and there’s no waste.⁣  They’re always really yummy, and they’re usually something adventurous.  They have a good way about them that makes you feel like a pro chef.  I mean, their recipes are definitely fancier than making a grilled cheese, but they’re not so tricky that the average human in any kitchen can’t pull off. 

The tomatillos combined with the navel oranges are what makes this recipe unique.  I would even try that combo in other dishes.  Creative ingredients, great flavor, all in one box!
