Whenever a holiday rolls around I’m always looking for a fun and festive cocktail to make. I’m no bartender but I can spend hours online looking at cocktails and how to craft them. Is it festive? Is it fun? Does it have a catchy name? But most importantly does it look like something you want in your hand on that holiday? When I stumbled across Verdi’s Red Sparkletini I had to have it. I usually buy their regular spumante and love it. It goes perfectly in my mimosas. Who knew they had this festive option? It’s pink and sweet and the bottle’s even easy to open and reseal. No fuss. Just grab a glass and pour. I added fresh raspberries and blueberries and a fun holiday straw. This is perfect for easy entertaining or if you’re just feeling festive through the holiday week in your own backyard. What’s that you ask? Do I do that? Of course I do. Why not?
