Buffalo Chicken Pasta

Buffalo Mac Pasta.jpg
I call this a recipe mash-up! Tough times call for tough measures. I made a buffalo chicken dip for a snack last night, and there was so much leftover we needed to come up with a creative way to finish it. Boil a pot of pasta, mix in the dip, and BOOM we got ourselves dinner tonight! Buffalo Chicken Mash-Up! We love the dip, but this pasta's outrageous! Definite comfort food satisfier. Know someone who loves buffalo chicken? Share this post with them. They're going to want to try this mash-up, and they'll thank you later.
Recipe for Buffalo Chicken Mash-Up
Ingredients:
  • 2 (10 ounce) cans chicken
  • 2 (8 ounce) packets cream cheese
  • 3/4 cup hot sauce (I like Frank's)
  • 1 cup ranch dressing
  • 2 cups mild cheddar cheese
Instructions to Make the Dip:
  1. Drain the chicken.
  2. Heat non-stick skillet over medium heat.
  3. Add chicken and hot sauce and cook until heated through, stirring frequently. Add cream cheese and stir until well blended.
  4. Add ranch dressing, mixing in.
  5. Add cheddar cheese and heat for a couple of minutes until well melted and blended.
  6. Put in a bowl and serve as a dip. Our favorite way to eat this is with tortilla chips, but baguettes or carrots and celery are also good options.
Instructions to Make the Pasta: Stir in a box of cooked pasta into your leftover dip. Serve and enjoy your mash-up.
