Mini Cheese Plate

Cheese flight 3.jpg

Anyone else getting tired of cooking three meals a day seven days a week? After 13 days of staying at home, I’m already looking for quicker and easier meal options. How can I make a quick lunch? What can I make that I don’t have to use the stove? That’s a little crazy to hear myself saying, because I love to cook, but I also love ordering take out and going out to dinner. Under the current circumstances of homeschooling while trying to work from home, balancing time in the kitchen has become an increasing priority.

So, for today’s lunch I made a mini cheese board. I wanted to share it with you because it was quick, easy, and cheap, and it took less than 5 minutes to make. No cooking, no mess, no stress.

The cheese flight was under $20 at Costco and will easily last me a couple weeks. Add some GF crackers and a bunch of grapes, and there you have it! Lunch is served!
